I think this album was a real step up for him and budo. not that much lyrically but productionwise this blows irreversible and 88 keys out of the water IMO. not that I'm one to judge lol. seriously everyone should get this album, it's #3 on the itunes hip hop chart right now...just got signed to rhymesayers. he may look super emo but he is the man.
 
bumping because I've been listening to his older albums on spotify for like a few days in a row now. I like irreversible a lot more than this album
 
I can't agree, I'm a producer as well as a rapper so I have to say that budo's production on this album is miles ahead of anything else they've done together. stylistically though I will agree irreversible has some gems that this album doesn't quite touch.
 
I think he looks creepy as fuck, its suits him nicely. Also look at all the other musicians, deadmau5, datsick, skrillex all ugly as fuck haha
 
are you serious about the itunes chart? that's sick! my copy is somewhere in the mail. rhymesayers continues to grow.
 
Awesome, thank you for introducing me to this. I've heard of Grieves on and off but never decided to listen, now I will.
 
I love Grieves. My first ski edit ever was to one of his songs, just throwin that out there. I just went to a Rhymesayers concert 2 nights ago actually. Prof, Blueprint, Ev, and Slug. Fuckin sick. I think Prof may be one of the best in the group though, his new CD is fuckin fire.
 
Looking back the few years ago I made this, I'm a little embarrassed about how bad it is, but I still get stoked on it because it was the first one I ever made
