no not really... great for sunny weather but not really resistant to thw water

i would assume the "breaker of wind" would be similar to a ... um ... god i know this ... its light weight and stuff someone help me out here. there was also a post a little while back that had some other grenade jackets for good prices. ill post if i find the thread
