GREEN COMPANIES?

What are your thoughts on green companies? I have been searching a ton lately and have not found too many companies that really try to be green. They might have one or two items around in there line up but not a real push for the whole company.
Patagonia seems to be doing it the right way but it always seems that those companies don't really make products that I would wear. Are there any SKI companies that use a lot of earth friendly products for their skis?
I just found this post on the new http://skiblog.thelevitationproject.com and they have some cool new products that they are working on. Not sure where to get any of their gear though.
I am really interested in getting some skis that are good park skis that have a green approach let me know if that exists?
Thanks

Is the Mike Wilson ski that he designed a GREEN ski. I know that they have a snowboard that is like 1300.00 that is but their catalog for the NAS ski doesn't say much about it.

Thanks for the info. Has anyone skied on any of those skis? I've heard of snowboards that use Bamboo and the riders say they have more pop and what not. Just like how companies are going green I would like to have my entire line up of gear be 100% green this year just to do my part. Just got my truck converted to Bio Diesel too. Thanks

bluehouse uses bamboo cores because it's more sustainable. they're made in some factory in china that probably isn't too green, but it's something.

i thought a read something somewhere about armada starting to go green. dont take my word on that though.

faction skis is

and stay tuned for the WG project, an enviro friendly company that supports sustainability in skiing.

Aspen/snowmass is really trying to go green. They have a bunch of stuff about it. I even got some stickers that kind of had to do with that on their website. They said save snow and they're really intense about it

Liberty skis.

They've won multiple awards for their Eco-Friendly designs. They use bamboo in their cores as well as all this other stuff around the office. Dope skis too. :)

Wish I didn't have to buy a new set up this year but my Truck was broken into while I was in between homes and I got cleaned out so I decided that I would make the best effort to start over green this year. I have looked online/craigslist to try and find some used/green gear but its just not out there. Trust me I wish I had all my gear from last year.

Does anyone know what shops or online shops will be carrying Levitation stuff. I have been trying to find out but no dice yet? Has anyone ridden the NAS skis from Lib either?

Some people are taking this going green fad way to seriously. But if you are looking to make money and invest in renewable energy sources look up CLNE, ABB, FSYN. They aren't ski companies but are all green energy companies.
