Greatest work for ur abs

ab lounger in front of the tv and put in yeah dude or enjoy or 7sd and just do sit ups for like 45 minutes is way more intense but you dont even realize it.
 
I'm telling you, get the 8 minute abs DVD and do it twice in a row every day. You'll have the marky mark stomach, beyotch.

actually the biggest thing that contributes to having a defined six pack is your diet. like im not trying to claim but back in my glory days i could do like 15 minutes of straight ab work outs crunches plank and everything and i didnt have them defined at all and no im not fat of anything im actually pretty damn skinny but yeah i ate liek shit so your diet is what makes you have defined abs.
 
Having sex is the greatest work out for your abs. I am in great shape, but after a while sex can kill my abs, especially the obliques.
