I wouldn't put Clinton anywhere near the top he did nothing about the national debt he was just in office when the economy was at it's highest point...

Andrew Jackson also paid off the national debt. All of it. He did get re-elected though.

dude dont bother with him. leave him alone. he needs a time out to calm down for awhile. maybe a gatoraid to replenish his strength after that epic battle that won him absolutly nothing but showing that he loves incorporating personal attacks like "you suck" into his arguements, which basiclly invalidates anything else to come after. im sure he lives a great life and has many many friends that also like to sit and marvel in how much more they know than our actual government, which has millions of people working for it reasoning out data and making very many of decisions everyday to keep make his and our lives free and with all of the luxuries america provides rountinely. yes, this kid is definetly my vote for the next president, because he obviously knows more. reading internet forms, watching a few mintues of news a day (probably comedy central), maybe a few hours of credit at a liberal arts college???...well its obvious that these things combined can lead to a better understanding of how our government is run than the government itself. damn his insider knowledge!!!

everytime he opens his fridge and sees a large selection of food, im sure he doesnt even think about how fortunate he is to have it there. that midsize luxury sedan parked outside? nope. the house he lives in? doubt it.
