haha i read for a bit. but i fucking hate having like workout routines and stuff like that. i eat way too much junkfood. i get in good shape by doing bullshit with my friends, swimming, skiing, running from people when we do stupid stuff, etc.
 
the best workout ever is

100 Crunches

100 bicycles

30 leg raises

50 reverse crunches

2 min planks.

No rest, also don't eat anything with fat in it if you want a six pack, supliments are for fags

you can't spot reduce fat also, so doing all those ab exercises will just build muscle under fat making your stomach look bigger, you have to let your body burn off the fat naturally, eventually the abs will appear.

Don't do this, if you want a six pack, eat a good balanced diet.

Also, having a six pack is about losing weight, not just doing ab exercises. Do full body workouts. Lifting is a little better than cardio but a combo is best.
