Great computer speakers?

looking for computer speakers to work with my home theater PC.
I don't have much interest in going to a 5 channel surround but it could be an option, (small apartment, dont want to wire it everywhere/cant have it be THAT loud)
I do need separate bass controls for that reason, the bass gets me complaints
looking for speakers that are great for music and movies, something an audiophile wouldn't totally hate. Want something with a good range of sound, full sound etc.

I have these and I personally think they are great. Small and portable, crystal clear sound and a bass thats got nice punch...plus on the cheaper side. Looks like you are looking a little more exspensive but if you want to save some money, check these out.

i have the downgraded version of these - http://www.logitech.com/en-us/speakers_audio/home_pc_speakers/devices/224

and they go fucking hard. they produce the most crisp sound, and the bass is out of this world. youll laugh when you see the size of the speakers, but dont be fooled. itl blow you away ha

Before I opened the thread I was going to recommend the A5s. I was looking for a great set of computer speakers/dorm speakers and got the audioengines, and so far I love them.
