Graphic Designers - Help Me & A Beautiful River Out!

Hey,

Looking for someone in graphic design to real quickly throw something together for me. All I need is a little logo/headline that says

Clear (the) Creek (but sharp looking (blue maybe)

The idea is that Clear Creek in Colorado is full of garbage and I'm organizing a trash pick up day.

So if you want to help me clean up a beautiful creek please think of a creative/simple way of turning the name (Clear Creek) into the slogan 'Clear the Creek' with 'Clear Creek' more noticeable than 'the.
