Grapes of Wrath Title

Does anyone know why this book by John Steinbeck is called The Grapes of Wrath? (cite examples)

it was because of this pic

but seriously, its a reference to The Battle Hymn of the republic, which has a line referencing the bible and joshua. had to read that stupid book so thats how I remember, but google is your friend
