Grand Theft Auto 4 IV

That commercial has been on late at night. It just had the counter and the number above it. It stays like that for hours on end and I don't know how they do it.
 
holy shit...now i know...when im laying in bed but too stoned to fall asleep,that commercial is on all the fucking time...and ive never know what its for...this is great news
 
It's not loading, the server is down. It's like when I tried to get an Xbox 360 for $100 on ebay. Me and a ton of other people. 2 seconds in and the site crashed for a good 15 min.

just like every installement of gta in the 3rd series it will probably be released on PC a month or 2 after its released on consoles.

usually comes out with extra goodies too like better graphics, an online multiplayer mode of some sort and other hidden things (coffee mod being an example)
 
that can't be actual gameplay graphics for it! they look amazing. if it is its on some 8000 dollar HDtv
 
all new installments of the game are always leaps nad bounds better than the previous one.

gta 1 came out followed by gta:london which looked similar

then gta 2 came out and it didnt break trhough grafically but the map was much bigger and it broke through in amount of land and stuff that was in the game. it only had one game in this series though

gta 3 came out and it revolutionized the series by being 3D and changing the perspective in this series they had a liberty city story, a vice city story, and a san andreas story one taking place in the 80s one taking place in the 90s and one taking place in modern day 2000 and after

gta 4 the 4th installement of the series apparently is much bigger with more crowds and probably some new innovations that we will know about soon
 
GTA 4 is going to have a couple instllements so their will be other cities. but remember this

a guy in any US city can easily buy an Ak-47,a desert eagle and go on a rampage. but in most well known cities in Europe (Rome, Paris, London) something like that is alot more difficult.
 
yeah, the thought of being able to buy a rocket launcher in europe? thats absolutley ludacris! it is much more realistic in a US setting.
 
they've done it in London before. (old school GTA with the overhead view)

and sure, guns are easy to get in the states, but there's more cities out there then NYC, LA, and Miami.

I think it would be super dope to have the setting in the north west. Like have Seatle, Portland and Vancouver (San Andrea style) with big mountains you can go skiing on and shit.
 
because of this thread i'm playing san andreas again. it kinda sucks now that i think about it. hopefully gta IV is better
 
WHERE IS THE GAMEPLAY TRAILER?

the trailer in question shows off the in-game graphics.

but not the actual game play.
