So I shot it at 720p 60fps but I cant shoot at low light areas without that annoying grainy shit. It might be the lens or I am doing something wrong. I've tried changing around the aperture, exposure, etc. but came up with the same grainy shit.

here is a video with similar lighting as if i were to film indoors. but when I record indoors with low lighting its all grainy. even with 1080p 30fps.

any suggestions?

go manual iso and exposure. throw the iso down, shutter double the frame rate, and aperture all the way open. Don't really ever go above 1600 iso. If that doesn't work you must be exporting it in a low bit rate or something

your camera is producing to much gain. Try to lower your shutter speed and aperture. Some cameras do better than others in low light and it will depend on the min lux rating of your camera to how well it does. My camera(hmc-40) has a horrible min lux so I try to keep my db under 16(pretty high) when shooting in low very light.
