I have no clue how to do any type of graffics such as like a logo for the top of a web page im making.I was wondering if anyone knows how to and could help me out?

Yeah, photoshop is the best graphics software you can get (for 2d, in my opinion) so use that. Just write stuff, add filters, etc.
