Graduation songs

as we go on, we remember all the good times we have had togeather and as our lives change and become what ever, we will stil be friends forever.

fuck, ours is good riddance by greenday, of course. how cliché. i'm sure only 3927498791793871097 high schools have used it before.

ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL - Pink Floyd

OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY - Led Zeppelin

ANYTIME - Eve 6

GRADUATE - Third Eye Blind

LEAVIN' ON A JET PLANE - Peter, Paul, and Mary

CHAMPANGE SUPERNOVA - Oasis

THE KIDS AREN'T ALL RIGHT - Offspring

ROLL ANOTHER JOINT - Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers

and the list goes on and on...

my class song was "Times like these" by Foo Fighters.

It was suppost to be "Crossroads" by Bone Thugs but that got vetoed by our principal because it was about suicide or some shit.

My class song was something moronic like Vitamen C... no wait, it was stupid, but it wasn't Vitamen C, the songs I listed before though, those would be KICK ASS graduation songs.

my high school played the song time of your life - green day, for anything of significance which was pretty lame, but at least i don't go there anymore

they also played eye of the tiger at every assembly, sports game etc which also sucked

the graduation song - no, because everyone picks it and our grad wants to be different.

good riddance - you're kidding right? it's obviously a sarcastic song, hence the title.

our choices for grad songs:

going in:

green day - waiting

gord bamford - we were all heroes

going out:

europe - the final countdown

survivor - eye of the tiger

(it's tradition to have at least one older song)

I thinking more like songs that are not shit like Vit. C or real grad songs, more like Rest of my life by Unwritten law or stuff like that
