Gradual slow motion

does anyone know wow to create this effect? you know the one seen in many skate videos where de slowmotion gradualy gets slower and slower and then quikly faster and faster again. thanks!

Adobe After Effects can do this. It also has some great slo-mo algorithms to create intermediate frames based upon motion so slowed shots look much smoother.
