My parents are making have a 3.0 gpa or im not aloud to ski. Right now i have a 2.84. Does anyone elses parents do this?

no, they just dont let me get my skis mounted, i can buy everything, but unless i have good grades there is no mounting of new skis, so therefor there is no skiing.

When i was in grade 6 and 7 my parents got rid of telivision untill my marks inproved. It was borrring with out cabel. I really hated my parents for that. youll get over it though, and really, its to you advantage to have better marks.

at my HS if u take an Honors level class it is out of 5.0 so if u get a b it counts as a 4.0, i love it so much

in canada an A is 80 or better, and 90 or better is A+. i went to the Yale meeting at my school they said they accept lower averages from canadians because of the marking difference

my school is such that if you want to get a 4.0 you have to sell your family, friends and your soul.... i believe also your first born as well. but dont hold me to that. im happy with my 2.8. i bust my ass for it.

my hs does gpa by %, for taking an honors or ap level course, that grade is weighted by .1, so when it goes into your gpa you multiply your grade by 1.1, it's ok, i think i have like a 95 now

At my school there are only percent average, no A or B or Cs... I have about an 86 average, without my exams that I am doing this week. I really should be studying.

What's weird is that I rule at math, chemistry and physics, the supposedely 'hard' subjects, and I suck at french and english.

the highest in my school is a 4.5. honors classes and ap classes are .5 higher (A=4.5, B=3.5...) an A is a 89.5 or higher, B is 79.5...

i wish i got 5 averages for A's in AP classes. id have a 4.0 easy. right now, i get 3.8 with 3 A's and 3 B's.
