i saw only one truck driver, in the snowboard pipe (white?)

endless mutes as expected and japans.

why are we not seeing more creative grabs, or even more tweaked grabs, esp in slopestyle
 
Its much harder to do huge spins with anything other than a Mute, or mute variation, (cept safety)

yeah but slopestyle is more about expressing yourself and your style. I'd much rather see Colby do his dub nose 7 then a 10 with a mute, obviously on the money booter you are going to spin hard, but on the three hits before almost no one spun less than a 9. Bring back the style
 
The problem is that the judges don't give a fuck about what most people (going out on a limb here) want to see, they care about spin to win.
 
I saw plenty of sick grabs. I like Jossi's grab. He threw a sick 7 I think with a nice nosegrab and then poked the shit out of it near the end of the rotation.
 
Def. all smooth as fuck, just not TONS of diff. grabs. gagnier is always smooth, obviously. Jossis Poke was soooooo sick
 
Gagnier's Octograb while doing a 1260 was just ridiculous... I mean Jon Olsson's kangaroo flip was cool as shit, but technically speaking...Gagnier's hit was way more sick I thought...
 
Andreas did the dopest nose mute sw 1260. I cant even grab my own nose and do a 540 without skis on.
 
yeah i also like peter's 1080 true tail i think it was off the first table; correct me if im wrong but it was something along those lines
