grabin & spinin

When i got to throw a grab into a spin i can never do it, i guess i am to busy spinning to do it or else it is all mental. how can i put the grabs in the spins again?

If I try and rush the grab too much I always end up sketching it out or winding up off-axis, which is sweet if you can controll it but if it's unplanned it sucks balls. Try and make sure you really set the spin well before you start your grab.

just try to bring your knees up higher and start with a safety.... then let er progress from there
