Hi!

After a long time i managed to finish a little proyect i had. Since i´ve been coaching a freeski club, i always wanted some "tools" to help the kids to understand better. So i did this Grab guide, with Many grabs, sure there are some missing, feel free to Message me, with the one's you think i should add, and if u have a pic i will be more than happy to put it.

nice work man! it shows very nice where you grab for a specific grab. maybe expand it and link some videos to the grabs. maybe add a few more common grabs like bluntgrab and your website is all set. haha
 
The "Nose and Tail" in the picture is an English Muffin. Grab the opposite nose/tail - Right hand to left ski and vice versa.

The "Double Japan" is called a Crouton
 
if i remember correct, a blunt is when you grab on the outside, opposite to the toxic grab which you grab on the inside
 
I know there "double grabs" that have different names, but it tryed to make it as graphic and easy to understand it! but thanx for the advise!
 
I allways called the double japan a "Japical" because thats what you get if you mix up Japan with the Critical grab. Seems logic to me.

Also the nose/tail is called Muffingrab in scandinavia.

Great job with this tho, really nice and going to be even better with videos!
 
nope, toxic is inside edge closer to the binding. tail is inside edge closer to the tail. blunt is outside edge closer to the tail. phil grab is outside edge closer to the binding
 
It would be sweet if you could colour the left hand/right hand grabs for the double grab bit, so you know which hand is going where

Apart from that it looks sick!
 
Already fixed the "double grabs" with diverse colors so it´s easy to understand it!

see sammy carlsons rodeo's, its essentially a high safety grab where you kick out the ski that hand that is grabbing: example: the very first shot in this video, also at 3:00,

You are also missing stalefish, tindy, and cuban. I'm not exactly sure what a cuban is but I know it exists.
 
Great job! Cool addition would be if the skis moved in to place according to the grab, like for a right hand mute the left ski would move across the right. I guess the pictures show that already, but it's just a thought I had.
 
nah man, critical grabs the inside edge of the opposite ski and pulls it to the same position, I can see where you would get confused
 
Thanks for the possitive feedback! i will add the new grabs that are missing... and then slowly upload the vids!
