Anyone else going/ intending to go? Went last year and had an incredible time, lineup this year might be even better, at least according to my music tastes.

The current list of people I'm planning to see is:

Outkast, J Cole, Earl, Tyler the Creator, Damien Marley, Disclosure, Skrillex, James Blake, Chance the Rapper, Vampire Weekend, Foster the People, La Roux, RJD2, Glitch Mob, Childish Gambino.

Obviously there's tons of other artists I just don't really know anything about any of them. Anyone have any suggestions for people I should check out?

Don't know how that happened^^. But anyways I'm really looking forward to Disclosure, Bloody Beetroots, Naked and Famous, Empire of the Sun, AlunaGeorge, Tourist and grimes if I can make it Friday, and even Skrillex based off his new album which has some pretty original and interesting stuff. Where are you from? I'm in Westchester so it's easy for me, train down to Harlem and hop in cab or go to Manhattan as I have a ferry pass.

Forgot about Naked and Famous and Empire of Sun, definitely gonna try and catch those if they don't conflict. Just gave Bloody Beetroots a try, I like some of what they're up to but it kinda seems to drop into pretty typical EDM, not what I'd ever really listen to but I could see the concert being worth it. Grimes is super vibey, could definitely see her being a great concert to bob my head to.

I live in mass so last year I just stayed in a friends grandparents apartment who was away in Manhattan. Planning on doing something similar this year. We took the subway into harlem and then just walked last year. The first night when it fucking dumped rain my phone got wet and died, i got separated from my friends, this left me wandering around Harlem hammered drunk with no idea where to go, needless to say I worked myself into a frenzy. Ended up seeing one of my friends when I was in a random subway station, ran over and tackled the kid, one of the most relieving and happiest moments of my life.

You motherfuckin spammin whore. I will find you and cut your tits off to wear them as a hat

I wanna go just because odd future is gonna be chilling there all 3 days. Also outkast... That being said I don't like enough of the groups to justify buying tickets.

I'm going to the earlwolf show at Irving plaza though, should get rowdy.

I was planning to go until I saw mountain jam was the same week, have fun everyone and stay safe. I don't really want to hear that more people overdosed and whatnot to end another great festival.

Soooo.... who went? I couldn't make Friday, but had two incredibly sick days Sat and Sun. Disclosure was one of my favorite shows I've been to, and I cannot lie, Skrillex was sick. There were a few moments in his set that made me go what the fuck, and if that happens he's doing something right.

And OH^^, Friday last year in the rain is one of the more memorable nights of my life. My friend left his shoes behind a bar so we went to go get them when they shut down the last two acts and it was a swimming pool. He searched around and we were in the back of the bar among all the beer with no one but some workers who don't speak English sitting on the cases to get out of the flood. People were coming up to the bar and making us throw them cases, then we eventually gave up on our shoes, took what we could carry and ran barefoot to the buses and through Harlem. It was intense.
