Gould Academy?

Anyone here go there or thinking of going there? I toured it last year and am applying again for Junoir year. Seemed really sick, sunday river is only 4 minutes away and you get to ski everyday from 12-4.

but seriously, i wouldn't waste my time on the damn academy...it's so lame

i went there my freshman year, it's lame

but they do have some sick rails, the best is the fieldhouse one, like over 60 ft long...mmm mmm i want it

^^ how is it lame? the kids i met theyre said it was pretty sick and all of them were freeskiers. You dont have to compete or anything just chill in the park if you want.

who did you talk to?...all the kids i know hate it/graduated/left to go to another school

the coaching isn't worth it, the faculty is mad fucking lame, it's basically a prison when you live in the dorms.........although i went my freshman year, so that's around 4 years ago, but if you're gonna want to be on a team and get coaching, take your money elsewhere because GSR doesn;t deserve the cash flow to keep it going cause they don;t give a fuck about it

^same but I dont think im good enough to go to CVA anyways I heard all the kids ther are really really good... my problem is I dont get to ski enough living in Brookline, so having Sunday river 4 minutes away I would get so much better

i was going to go there last year but they said they never take seniors so i'd have to take junior year over. fuck that. I'm glad i didn't go. Think about it, you ski til 4, yeah but the river closes at 4, so from then on all you can do is sit in your dorm and most kids just get fucked up for fun. wowee. You're away from your friends and family which may seem nice but then you go to college where you'll miss them enough. It's expensive as hell, and although it's not as bad as CVA or Burke, the classes are pretty rigerous.

 
yea, you say that you don;t care if the school sucks, but when you get there and have to go there all year like it's a prison you'll be saying 'fuck this shit, i wanan go home'

plus, i wasnt serious about saying WVA was lame, we just don't need little bitches here

how am i a little bitch? your the one who started bitching about gould fag. And i would leave all my friends here in a sec, i cant relate to anyone at my school here they just dont understand about skiing and that lifestyle. All i can do with them is smoke or play video games or film/skate. it's so depressing walking down the same street everyday to school, all these wiggers and fake asian kids and the same kids ive known since 1rst grade. Even the girls are getting old.

yeah my bud was talking about gould and he said it was sick besides the fact you cant do anything..but skiing for 3-4 hours a day is sweet. i dunno,i really wanna go but the people up there are dinks.

yeah no kidding..well everyone looked at me like i was an alien from fucking outspace..yeah a new kid coming,dont have to fucking stare him down..then i walked in the cafeteria and there was a whole table of them,i was like..wow,never seen so many asains at one school in my life,haha

if you do go to gould, one piece of advice i can give you....

don't mess with an asian kid, chances are if that one doesn;t like you, the whole AP will be on you like white on rice all year

just go to holderness instead, skiing everyday just as long, at wv and loon, and more badass than gould.

 
yeah i looked at holderness....it looks sick...i know some kids who go there and they say that the freeride team just does whatever they want....they dont have to ski moguls or park the whole day...they just ski the mountain alone or together it doesnt matter....sounds sick...i hope i get in..
