I have been doing spins for about 3 years now, progressing from the standard 3 to 5's and 7's. I cant seem to bend and raise my legs during even my 3's. My legs stay strait down and I look like a stiff board. The few times I have tried to bend my knees and tuck my legs up with possibly a safety grab, my spin stops and I land in whatever position I stopped spinning - usually only 90 degrees - OUCH! Can anyone help me progress to tucking my legs and grab on even just a 3. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks!!
