Yeah man, you should learn html. Its easy and you can teach yourself. If you ever do and need any help you can ask me. Nice attempt though. By the way, that cursor script gets annoying lol. Just some input.

everyone's first website looks something like that. just keep looking at trying to learn html, js, php and other stuff to improve it. nice attempt for a begginer

i dont mean to criticize, but that site is really bad. half or more of all websites look like that, and i am getting real sick of it. take the time, buy a book on web design, and html. it's not too hard to make a good looking web site.

 
KootenayGuy had a point. Honestly, for all the time someone puts into a websie, most people just flip through it.

But, it's a start, you have something to work with. Learn from it and do better next time.

But I really don't get the 'Japan' thing either. And lose the 'I'm the shit' and all the other cocky crap on there.
