Got X in the mail today

I like X, boronowski's seg is good with the art and whatnot. UP1 is as long as the movie is and has more my style of shots, very clean simple tricks done at a medium pace. Wski will be the shit.

in my opinion Anthoney and simon had the best parts in X but i liked everything about it

clearing out a car is alright, but try clearing out a bus full of grade 8 kids on my toronto trip, man that was the worst fart that i ever let go and ill never forget the kids running out covering their noses along with the teachers- Lateralis
 
Wow thats crazy, I hated Anthonys segment due to the song selection, it was just horrible, I think it ruined it...the music in that movie is gay as shit... Good editing as usual, but I was expecting a lot more to come out of that DVD then that... Actually speaking of movies I thought Theory-3 was a bettter all around movie rather then X. But X definetly had the tricks, no effort cork 360's, Thovex cork 810 and all of that, but unfortunatly like I said earlier the music just blew my nuts...

^^ I would like to know what you would have rather heard in his segment, I thought Bright Eyes was one of the best songs in the movie and worked very well for Anthony.

 
To tell you the truth first of all its not my type of music, but that doesnt mean I wont listen to something with an open ear and reject everything I hear besides the stuff I like... For instance if you have seen theory-3 Breath and Stop the music selection they had was not my style of music but it flowed very well with the movie and dint get annoying as shit, in X there was some good songs, but most of it was bad... Does that make sense? I'm not trying to rag on PBP, just trying to express how I felt about it...

I actually like the music and the editing for once, something that Im usually not to impressed with. The skiing was awesome as well, so much better than anything last year. I dont see how you guys dont like it, I thought the movie was so sick.

i want my copy, i was so angry cause there was a package in my mailbox and i got so excited that it was X, but no....it wasn't, i REALLY hope i get it tommorrow, cause if i dont then i have to wait tunil tuesday

i thought the soundtrack was really good but i like bright eyes, sparta, afi, and tool a lot.

im happy with the movie and happy i bought it.

i thought they used slow mo at the right times to work with the edititng of the movie (which was very good in my eyes at least)

plus up1 and the song at the end were great.

I didn't like the slo mo on the Whistler step up. The few shots that they mixed in at actual speed where Peter was hauling ass were really cool just to see how fast those guys have to go to hit a jump like that.
