My brother was talkin shit to me after i told him to pick up my guitar he had left on the ground so i just stood there and he tried to push my because my dad was there and he know my dad is always on his side, so i just pushed him into the stairs, and he got up, hit my in the side and then over the head with my accustic, then my dad came over kicked me out whith bare feet. What should i do, im done goin back home
 
I just came back in the house after walking around outside for two hours, im gettin the hell outa dodge though, hmm colorado sounds nice,i am 17

Ohh by the way i also got my truck taken away cuz he thinks its his, so im left with two legs and a mountain bike, but its been done before

They don't just hand out higher salaries because you're older.
 
but they don't even offer most jobs to people under 18. not serious jobs anyway. like if an 18 yr old and a 17 yr old have the same qualifications, they would take the 18 year old.
 
uhhh yea! no kidding, they would take the 18 yo for sure! they are older and the emplyoer can only assume they are more responsable. plus its a legal thing. its easyer for the employer to have them work full time and so on. with any age the if you have the same qualifications, but your older (unless your older to the point that your feeble) they will hire the older person.
 
damn dude. it used to be that way with me and my rbother. i used to be such a douche bag to him na di usually got away with it. like your brother, my dad was usually on my side. but thats another problem, they've always fighted with eachother for as long as i can remember. anyways iw as sucha dick until i turned about 14, now im 15 and ahalf adn i love to hang out with my bro, he's 20 now. itw as justa matter of time before i got mature enough not to piss him off, cause hes hella bigger than me. he's 6'3 or 6'4 275, im 5'7'' 130. he could end me in one punch. so dont worry it'll get better, hopefulyl your brother will grow up and get straightened out. haha oh ya i love it when my dad tries to tell my bro to do something now, my bro's just like "i dont live here, i have my own apartment, and....im a shit load bigger than you." hha lol anyways good luck nad how old is your little bro?
 
So you walk into an investment bank firm, you're 24 years old fresh out of college and another guy who is 48 years old also going for the job, they're going to hire the guy who will only work for 4 more years over you because he's older?
 
actually you are wrong. Insurance costs are lower for someone thats 18 over a minor.

Also the age des matter when you get hired, its kinda like interaction wise tho, when you are 18, someone that is 16, a a decent amount younger then you, when you are 26 and someone is 28 there is like no difference really. Tennage years are the most formative years so they count more.
