Got a MIC and went to jail. NV

Got arrested in tahoe and taken down to jail in reno. I was being a drunk smartass, asked them to record everything. I told them that i wouldnt blow until i read my rights, they never read me my miranda rights, before during or after they cuffed me. when i asked them why not they said taht they had to ask me questions in order to read me my rights. they did ask me questions like where do i live up here and what some information in my wallet pertained to.

they put me in the drunk tank and made me wiat till the next day and till i blew a .00 to get let out. i blew a .054 eleven hours later, then a .016 an hour later then a 00 a half an hour later.

got released on O/R and got a 600 buck fine, 180 for trespassing in the hiatt parking lot and 420 for an MIC. anybody know anything? or tips on what i should do?
 
yea come to canada, we have betterr skiing, and a far shittyer judicial system.

^^ yeah old enough to die for my country but not old enough to get hammered drunk. Im also only 6 months away from being 21, so lame.
 
yeah thats the good ole reno PD for yasome are chill but the majority of the cops around here are god damn ass holes
 
you got really fucked over. you should have stayed on the California side of Tahoe. I got an MIP (caught with a full keg in my car) and all I had to pay was $125 fine and nothing went on my record.
