Don't forget upkeep. That would be very expensive and I don't think people on NS would be will to pay for it because not all of NS lives by Snowpark. I don't doubt that it would be fun to have a NS resort, but one would need to still keep it open to the public to have some form of revenue and/or one could sell season passes to Newschoolers for another form of revenue.
