hm, the gorilla would need evidence that the banana was stolen, and seeing as how gorillas don't have cameras and probably don't label the bananas on their trees, perhaps a sample of the tree cross-referenced with a sample from the banana could provide scientific proof that the banana was in fact, stolen. although cases such as this would probably be thrown out as a waste of the courts time, seeing as how gorillas and elephants don't tend to live in america.
