i just wanted to say for anyone that has ever been to gore, that twister glades is the greatest trail on earth. i've skied all over vermont, new hampshire, maine, squaw valley, vail, mass, ny, and nothing tops twister glades.

 
the chatemac glades are much better and the new trail under the new triple has some decent cliff hucks. twister glades are too flat.

wish i had gotten up there last season for the new lift......

but gore kicks ass for skiing.... and it sucks for jibbing.

but if you want good glades, ski Jay Peak in VT. their open woods policy is the best in the east.... you see it you ski it.

chatiemac glades are way to much traversing, although twister glades are too flat in some areas, i still love them because the spacing is pefect for perfectly linked turns through the bumbs, and they are so long. also, when did you ski the run under the new triple? i never saw it open at all last season.

gore has great glades,i did the glades there all this yr theyre all pretty damn good,kill kare,straightbrook,twister,chatemac,tahawus is the one under the triple chair with some cliff hucks,the biggest i think is 10 feet or so

gore isnt that bad...it gets a bad rep because its park isnt one, its a series of bumps and rollers...but gore is def. a nice place to go on a powder day for some great glade and trail skiing

five0 we meet again, agreed, and they JUST added anoth new glade, the dark side, under the high peaks lift, SCORE, now i dont have to duck ropes to do it

i love to ski, so should you, its fun, try it sometime

you know the cliff right under the chair to the right of the gondala right at the end? my friends were going to drop that but then ski patrol saw them and stopped them since some old dude told ski patrol. they got their passes pulled on the last run of the day. but its cool because we didnt have much fun anywyas

i went their last sat and it was allright... the rails werew so fucking small.. prop. like 4 ft long.. thats gay.. but midseason is so fun their.. there are so many glades that kick ass

 
The glades are alright, but that is all Gore has going for it. Its such a crappy layout and the few steep runs don't hold any snow.

man, i wish i could go up there on a pow day...about 5 or 6 yrs ago i use to go all the time and it was an excellent snow season, snow up to my chest..and in the afternoon you were still rippin fresh lines in the glades...i skied pretty much everything you guys have been talking about, aside from the new stuff cause i havent been there in 2 yrs...i'm lookin foward to going back this season though
