Gore demo day!

anybody going to gore thurs for demo day? $19 lift tix are worth the skipped day at work... demos on rossi, fischer, salomon, volkl, atomic, nordica, k2, dynastar.... i'll be there.
 
Thursday kicked ass. the only disappointment was the fact that nobody was demoing any twintips -- what is up with that? apparently they were worried that people were going to slide rails and tear up the skis, but there were only two little rails on the mountain that day anyway!

But the moral of the story is that Gore rules. Fuck the big, corporate mountains!
 
Hey Linds, if you work at Gore, maybe get a park going. And I mean a park, not gore-e-gully or sleighride, I mean a legit EC park. Look at your competitors....
 
don't work at gore... am a designer living in crappy NYC. i fucking hate it here and am planning an escape plan! (to a mountain town, no doubt)

i thought gore had a good terrain park, though... maybe i was wrong. planning on a return trip regardless.

Yah yah word on the defense my son, but he wasn't bashin...just inquiring. We haven't seen each other ski much. All love.
