Gopros and time lapses

Ok so i already search bared this and didnt find anything but i was wondering if anyone has expirence with gopros and makeing time lapses. how much footage can you get with a 32gb card and wll the battery run out?

Anywhy any advise can help and always +k for good input!
 
I don't own a Go Pro, but I'm sure 32GB can hold a good time lapse. And assuming the time lapse is long, swapping the battery real quick and somehow keeping the Go Pro in the same spot wouldn't affect the final product of the time lapse.
 
I don't think "swapping the battery real quick" will keep the camera from turning off and ruining the time lapse.
 
He battery lasts for 2.5 hours of recording time. A company makes a portable battery for the go pro so if your battery dies you can plug it into the camera and it won't wear out. Or so you can just swap ou the battery with a new one.

Can you record while it is charging? cause if you can then you can plug the usb cord in and then put the end of that into an ipod charger.

this is actually my video thanks for the props man. You will have plenty of room for a time lapse. Each of those lapses was no longer than an hour and a half and took about a marginal amount of memory. Unless you are trying to shot a really long time lapse you should be fine
