GoPro SD slot issue

Alright so I've been in contact with GoPro and they'll hook me up so long as I send in my camera to their factory in cali (Great customer service if your wondering). Before I send it it I figured might as well ask NS if anyones had the same experience and here it is.
My SD card is not clicking in to the slot. Its not the SD card I'm using because I used it once and now its not going in. Tried it with a couple of SD cards and nothings working.
Hopefully somebody has a solution to this shit!

It sounds like there must be physical damage to where you put the card in, I don't think you can do anything about that

i mean if when you push it in all the way and it doesnt stay then there is something physically wrong with it. best advice is to send it in and not fuck with it.
