Does any of u have some experience with the flat surface mount for go pro, mounted on a ski?

Is it well? - and if u regret, what to do, 'cause it's pretty sticky .... :-)

1. the footage is normaly not that good

2. its super shaky, especially at high speeds

3. its very awkward depending on where place the gopro

4. if you wreck hard = bye bye go pro

5. just put a mount on your helmet

6. make sick edits like tom walnuts

7.??????

Well it can be a cool angle for a edit bit don't make it your main mounting place. Also if it gets sticky use goo be gone. Works great.

I've seen shots like that in edits before, it looks pretty cool for a few seconds, but 100% NOT as your main angle. You could tether it to your ankle around your boot somehow? So you don't lose it if you crash. Try it out, and if you don't like it, rip it off.

Lincoln and I actually did that with his contour. We rigged it to his boot and got some pretty decent shots

Kinda hurt my foot tho haha. I took a mounting pole and stuffed it in my boot. It rubbed up against my ankle hard. If I wrapped a cloth around the mounting pole it would be much better.
