Gopro Help

I got a Gopro yesterday and whenever I use the USB cable, the "USB" display won't show up on my LCD screen and the Gopro won't show up on my computer as anything. Does anyone know what to do?

Make sure the go pro is turned on when plugging it into the computer. Also try plugging the USB in another port.

i also have a question yesterday i used my gopro and filmed all day and when i got home i put it on my computer and for some reason it was in slow motion the entire time does anyone know how to fix this +k fir help

Make sure it's turned off, then plug it in and the red light will go on, then you press the power button.
