Gopro help PLEASE! :(

search barred, googled, still haven't found the answer im looking for.

whenever i film with my gopro it looks like its recording just fine, and when i get to the bottom it says its still recording, and stop recording. When i go to upload at the end of the day, in all clips it just randomly cuts out. There is no pattern, some clips are 10 secs long when they should be a full minute, others are 2 minutes long before they cut out. It isn't just cutting out from jerky motion, its at any given time. Im using a kingston 16gb sd hc card which apparently shouldn't be the issue? I've searched forever for the answer/fix and haven't found it and am so close to giving up and getting a contour.

you should email go pro and try to get them to look at it. it sounds like its the go pro thats fucked up not your computer.
 
yes probally damage to your gopro. and i have a question when ever i put my memory card in my computer it always makes the shot skip around even after i edit it and i just dont know what to do anymore
 
no i am now thinking that i have to many files and shit on here, it was my grandpas he gave it to me cause he want a newer macbook, so im am going to delete some files and see.
 
how long have you had the gopro/memory card/computer? older computers often dont work with newer cameras and technology. also, what class is the memory card? it should be class 4 or higher, but if it is not then you should look in to getting a new one.
 
brand new macbook pro, new gopro only used a couple times, and new memory card bought specifically for the gopro
