GOPRO HD to imovie

been shooting with the gopro hd for about a year now. how do i get full quality out of imovie. i searchbarred
 
go to the top menu bar (the white one about your desktop, you know file, edit, ect) and go over to share, scroll down and click quick time (second option i think), when it give you a new window with shit in it there is a select an option thingy that says compress movie for: select full quality, then it will import it on to your desk top in the highest quality quick time video, this may take a while to do, just a head up
