GoPro HD Hero VS Epic Stealth Wide kit ? ? ?

My teacher at school got a gopro and let me borrow it for the weekend and then i stopped at my mates house on the way back who is managing a new bike company and stuff and has full sponsorship with both companies.
What would a better deal be for quality for regular pov and follow cams on the hills?Epic stealth or GoPro?
Hes going to give me his promo code for the purchase which gives me a great discount but at this point in time cant choose which one to get now cause of money and all..
The epic stealth is cheaper in the end, but will that cut from the quality for me?

i have the epic wide and it's great. it is the same angle lens as gopro and the quality is pretty good. look at my video to see the footage.
