GoPro Charging Help

Whenever i plug my gopro into my computer [mac book pro] its says "A USB device is currently drawing to omuch power, The hub to which it is attatched to will be deactivated" its the only thing plugged in, any solutions?

restart your computer?

try a different usb cable?

take the battery out and put it back in the cam?

try another computer?

if those don't work, call gopro and see if they have ideas, if not maybe its a warranty issue?

I think that would work. If it doesn't, then maybe your computer can't transfer enough power to it.

usb cables only put out soo much power. your computer will not charge the camera because it uses too much power. the best thing to do is get an adapter that has a usb in it
if you get one of these it will solve the problem. can you plug your gopro into the wall while its plugged into the computer? try that

I plug it into my laptop (PC) and it charges perfectly
