Finally l've broke all the mounts that i had accumulated for my Hero3.

I've always just ordered straight from Gopro to replace any ski/bike mounts /accessories

The gopro plastic does not impress me, plus they are expensive.

The head strap might not be the best looking thing ever, but I like it the most. I have a black helmet so the strap isn't too noticeable. It's also easy to locate in the snow if it comes off. When it comes off it's usually do to the GoPro getting caught on something, rarely does it come off solely due to impact, but you should still check after a heavy slam of course. I play it safe and put duct-tape on the plastic part in the back, just to limit the chances of impact knocking the strap loose. Also when I'm not using the GoPro (most of the time) I don't have the goofy looking plastic mount on the front of my helmet, which is a small plus.

I don't really bike a lot or do any biking worth filming, but I did mess around with it once using that thin horizontal strap that goes into your helmet with the mount on top. I liked it, it was simple but It definitely doesn't have the ability to film a variety of angles.
