Good workout to get ready for ski season

Running, biking, hiking, picking heavy things up and putting them back down. Pretty much anything that gets your legs feeling tired.
 
LEGS. QUADS. CORES. SHOULDERS. BICEPS TRICEPS. TRAPS. LOTS AND LOTS OF TRAPS.

BITCHES LOVE TRAPS.

AND SQUATS
 
Legs and core strength. And while you're at it, also arms because of bitches love a sweet biceps. I start with cardio at the end of summer which is early enough for me.
