Good things to eat while/pre/apres skiing

breakfast-oatmeal if i'm at home, gas station food or mcd's if i'm going to the hill from my college house,

lunch-ramen, crackers and ketchup, or if i recently won a bet, lodge food or nothing at all

dinner- whatever i can find in the kitchen

on some days ill throw a full loaf of bread in my pack and a jar of peanut butter and one of jam and throughout the day i'll make pb n' j sandwiches on the lift so i never have to go in. such a genious idea

bfast- cereal pancakes and waffles are bad luck

lunch- nooodles like 4 packs but only a quater of the salt

suppaa- spaghetti or whatever

rice krispies treats

all day

every day

i keep 8 in each pocket

i have 8 pockets

that makes 64 rice krispies

i eat 72 rice krispies an hour

which means i can ski for less than an hour before i have to restock

Pretty easy to tell ISNT legal here.

The correct answer, children, is beer.

You wake up hungover, have a beer to avoid the hangover. Go ride, have lunch (beer) go back out to ride. You finish your day and cruise down to the patio and have a safety meeting and some more vitamin B.

You say alcoholic, I say winner!

Oh man, on teh ferry to Newfoundland, I jacked enough of those ketchup and mustard packs to alst me through an entire semester of school.

Genius. I guess you could get those BBQ packets too and make your ghetto soup a little bit interesting. Maybe add some pizza seasoning if its available?

Poutine is a dish consisting of French fries topped with fresh cheese curds and covered with hot gravy (usually brown gravy) and sometimes other additional ingredients. The curds' freshness is important as it makes them soft in the warm fries, without completely melting. It is a quintessential Canadian comfort food, especially but not exclusively among Québécois.

I have yet to have poutine, as it doesn't sound appealing to me.

One of the things I look most forward to every year is when my schools ski team goes to this private ski hill. They have the best steak sandwiches. Made on a ciabata(sp) bun with steak, some special sauce and some vegetables so awsome. Other than that just snack food on the hill like Snickers and stuff, until I get home were I eat dinner.

soft pretzels dank bagels i dunno just whatever tastes good and is dank. like either way if its not good u will just ski and puke it out.

before, i usually get a sausage mcmuffin from McD's/

if im in quebec, my lunch is poutine everytime. i love the feeling of clogged arteries when im skiing
