The only surf video I've been impressed with is Biggest Wednesday. I've not seen any for a few years though.

 
endless summer 1 and 2, the 411 surf video is good, and september sessions is good to watch when after you've blazed... its a really chill flick directed by jack johnson

and NORTH SHORE! a classic full of one liners... great move, the might ducks of surf videos

If you haven't seen it, see Biggest Wednesday too. It's not something really worth buying unless you get it cheap, there isn't much style to the movie, but fuuccckk, Ross Clarke Jones and his Jet Ski getting hammered makes for some amazing vision.

One day I will find where that break is that he surfs in Tasmania.

NEXT EXIT is a great surf flick out of jersey, cape may, stone harbour etc.... great flick from an indie filmmaker
