ive amde me a rail and i want to know what to put o nthe top to make it slide nice, the rail is made outta wood

 
ya my friend just made a rail outa pvc he said it was slicker then shit rubbed on a toilet seat

Theres this metal sheeting stuff that they use on houses. Its really thin and about 6-8 in wide. It works really good on top of wood deffently slide able. Check it out, just look for it at like a home depot or somewhere.

naw, metal is way better, PVC with crack and chip, not to mention, metal rails are more consistent, and give you more practice. I don't know about where you ski, but there are def. more metal rails than PVC at resorts.

i reckon pvc pipes er kinda gay. Get metal, it would be better practise cos im sure ur resort has more metal rails than pvc rails

get a flat metal rail and mount it on there... PVC can work, but it is a much bigger difference when you go slide a metal rail in a park after you've been practicing on PVC... Go for the metal.
