thers really alot of skis, its just perosnal prefference and what your going to be skiing mostly. some more info would help about how hard you ski, mostly park or mostly all mountain, mostly rails, mostly jumps.

post some more info and we will help ya out.

i ski about 60% park and 40% all mountain, in the park i do mostly jumps but would like to learn how to do rails this year, but i also want something that can preform well outside the park.

deff the foils they r super light commpared to the ar6 and destroy the ar6's outside the park... the foil is one of the best park/all-mtn skis.. also has a lot more pop off jumps then the ar6..

you should also check out the arv it is a super sick all-mtn park ski deff over the ar6

yeah 4frnt!!!! i got the msp ... and at first i was pissed cuz its considerred more of an all mtn compared to their park ski.. but i skied on them and they preform the exact same as the ar5 ... all mtn there sick and jumps and stuff there really nice too... then again my ski before that was the Line Maveric haha

im probally going go get a pair of public enemys w/ salomon z10 bindings, i would get the foils but they are to expensive for me at my local shop, even last years model is only $10 cheaper. plus their selection of skis kinda sucks, only the PE's,Fujatives,Foils,Thrusters,Ignitions, karma, and one pair of last years scratchs.

ya they seemed kinda heavy when i was holding them compared to the fujatives. any one know if they are good in the park, specifically rails?

i would much rather get a pair of chronics but the shop doesnt carry them due to the fact that they are a smaller, mor specialized company that only make twin tips.

Good suggestions on here...

I would look at the Rossi Scratch FS, Volkl Karma, K2 Public Enemy, 4frnt STL, Armada AR6, Armada T Hall, and the Salomon Foil or Thruster. There are quite a few more brands you can look at too, Atomic, Dynastar, Line, ect...

When you say all mountain in Ohio, I am going to assume you might want to be able to "carve" on your skis when you aren't in the park. I wouldn't go with an ARV, MSP or a Big Mountain ski if you are looking at a true Ohio Ski, the turning radius on most of these Big Mountain skis are going to be a little too much for MRM or PNS. They still rip in the park, they just aren't going to do what you need them to do on 300 vertical feet. I love my 4frnt MSP's, but I don't think I ever have, or will use them in Ohio.

Start looking at your local shop, online, and if you get the chance, demo, demo, demo...
