Good shoes for winter?

I want a fresh pair of kicks that will keep my feet warm and not get soaked too easily. Im thinking Clarks Wallabees...Any other suggestions?

Army Boots, with fuzzy wool on the inside. You'll definately have warm feet. And I'm pretty sure they're water proof.
