Cocoa Tea. I've heard him live in the Caribbean in a line-up that included Sizzla, Jah Rule, and others and Cocoa Tea was the best by far. Killed it, despite being 20 years older than Sizzla and Jah Rule. he was recording back in the day with Marley, definitely check him out
