I need some good ones to pull on a few of my friends. They can't be too serious though, just some really funny shit.
 
im pretty sure they are not going to use an open condom... it would defeat the purpose of safe sex
 
just get a fine needle and stick it all the way through the condrom rapper so it makes little holes in the condom as it goes through. make sure u do atleast a few.

change their homepage to lemonparty, tubgirl, goatse, whatever

take a screenshot of their computer. Set it as the background. Move all the desktop icons into a folder. Laugh as they try and click on icons that arent really there.

Put packing peanuts between the matress and the sheet.

 
get a bottle of soda and some mentos. Poke a hole in one mentos and put a string though it. Somehow make sure the mentos is secured to the srting. Now stick the mentos in the bottle but not so that its outching the soda, this part is for later. hang some string outside of the bottle and screw lid on. now that the mentos ant going anywhere cause of the bottle cap on the string, cut the extra string thats hanging out of the bottle so that it cant be seen. Stick bottle in fridge and wait for someone to open it
 
use the old ketchup and salt where you act like its hot and you have them put their hand over it and then you smack it down. i did that one at lunch once, it was hilarious.

you can also use butter(make sure its soft), ketchup(my fav), or anything else like that

or do the saran wrap on toilet seat at night thing. cover the bowl carefully with saran wrap making sure there are no creases or folds on top. at night this will appear invisable. your friend will start peeing and then the pee will bounce right off the saran wrap and make a mess. and when you start pissing its hard to stop...
 
I've done the background one but I also set the task bar to autohide and then make an error box as part of the background saying that there was a Critical system error and the I/O devices have malfunctioned. It's funny when they try to click on everything. Include the "ok" on the error box.
 
why not order alot of pizza,tell the delivery person their address instead of yours.. watch 'em have to pay for all that pizza... or juss scare 'em half to death

haha thats so nasty, but funny b/c the toilet will refill with brown water after every flush for about a week.
 
i did this one at my school....luckily didnt get fucked...

take ketchup, mustard, relich, and condiment packs...take about 2 of em...put them under ur schools toilet seat but make sure u cant see em...next person to sit down....splat all over there pants balls asshole...
 
when there asleep take a hotdog warm it up and start putting it in your freinds mouth as soon as they wake up zip up your pants fast like and be like. OH SHIT.....

or throw a live salmon in someones bed
 
WAIT i just though of the best one. i though of it with all the talk about the mentos and pop and i combined it with the toilet. all you got to do is turn off the waterthen flush the toilet 2x to get out all the water out of the bottom and the top. Now fill the top with a couple liters of coke and fill the bowl with mentos.

-drop their keys in the toilet

-light a few firecrackers in their room in the middle of the night.
