Good Photoshoper help

Im not good with photoshop. i would really love for someone to make me this picture.i would like this picture of hobbes without calvin, and smoke all around hobbes and it looking like hobbes is fading in from the smoke. as if the smoke was forming into him. black and white would probably be best instead of color. this is an idea i have for a tattoo id like. someone please help.

ya i'm not great at photoshop, but someone is pretty much going to have to draw his arm. did you talk to a tattoo artist about it?

Yeah, It would be easier to re-draw him, then to photoshop. I'm terrible at drawing and it would take many hours i'm sure to do this.
