i ordered the salomon sth12 driver off of skis.com but they are apparentely out of stock after i ordered them. i could find any other sth's in stock, and i was wondering what other affordable park bindings i could get

hey bro if your looking for just a new one get marker 10.0s they are nice and cheap. have a pretty good design too. If it's not 10.0s then it's 11.0s. I can't remember lol sorry. but I got mine for 159 and that's right when they came out so probably like 100 or cheaper now. I have'nt even broke a brake yet and i broke both my breaks off of my rossignals in the first week. so yeah check them out bro .

how much do you weigh/ how hard do you ride? if your smaller or dont ride hard you can be fine with a 12 din binding. if you weigh more than 150 and ski hard dont go beneath a 14 din binding

what the hell are you talking about my brakes haven't broken this whole season.

the only thing that might be bad is the din.

How much do you weigh? If you can handle the high din values a metal binding like the pivot 18 is the way to go, they will last for a very long time and have the best design on the market IMO. If you are lighter then get pivot 14's. I don't mind my griffons.

i just picked up the sth 16 driver and they are ridiculous. super nice.. i have them on 12 and havent had any problems. good luck with your decision.

im about 160 and 6 foot. my din is only like a 7 so the 12's will be fine. but im wondering if i should wait till next year because i heard they are like the best bindings

They aren't the best, IMO pivot bindings are the best binding, you just can't beat the safety of the design. They are a little pricy though.

To the person who said marker 10.0 bindings are good... How much do you seriously weigh ??? I've seen kids who weigh 100pounds and are 5foot 2 inches tall ripping those bindings to pieces. They are by far the worst bindings I've ever heard a person recommend. Try to stay away from those bindings. they might even suddenly explode on your face.

I've personally had only problems with salomon bindings, but have heard that sth14 and 16 are park worthy. Head mojo / peak 12 and 15 bindings are solid and marker griffon bindings are good IMO.

Don't get bindings which are way out of your league. You would end up spending much more money on bindings than what is needed.

I personally ski marker jesters. I am 6 foot tall and weigh 200pounds. I'm on my second season on these bindings and they've served me well. Only one broken break and i've skied them +100days. I would recommend Jesters to any one and propably the only bindings which are as good are rossignol fks (look pivot) bindings.
