What would you consider to be the best Name Brand Pant for under 140 dollars?

Requierments include : at least 5000 mm waterproof, and insulated to be comfortable by themselves down to about 25 degrees fahrenheit (-4 celsius) please i need your helps.

 
Just picked up a pair of pants at sport check (yes sport check, feel free to hate on me)but they are pretty rad. They were like $100 they are these Ripzone pants, and they are charcoal grey.

do the chickens have large talons?

bonfire all the way if you want the most comfortable and the cheapest for the best material. they're top pant is no more then 200, but the radiant pant is sick in grey it retails for like 139$ but was like 50$ on the shop form..

I got the sessions and I love medium baggyness extremely comfortable, a nice ballsack vent, waterproof and pretty stylie all for about 100 bucks (i got slight discount)

you paid 100 bucks for 1000mm pants. thats a fuckign rip off. definitely go for waterproof pants. your lap (from the chair ride) gets too wet if they arent. same with your ass when your chillin. rip zone is shit. the trilogy models arent as bad but shitty quality. they wont be waterproof very long. dotn go with a laminate for pants.

the burton phantom that as listede is super waterproof...im not sure how many mm...but def keeps u dry

ON a site it lists the phantoms as 2000mm waterproof and a 'mesh liner'. 2000mm doesnt seem dry enough and a 'mesh liner' doesnt sound warm enough by itself down to 20-25 fahrenheit

 
Okay if anyone knows anything about these pants that would be great. I want to know how their fit is and how warm they are. (20-25 degree fahrenheit comfortable)

-DC Station Pants: 5000 mm waterproof, doesnt mention the liner

-Foursquare Niman Pants: 5000mm waterproof shell, doesnt mention the liner

-Burton Cargo Pants: 5000mm waterproof, lightweight mesh liner, mifrofleece lined pockets

-Volcom Weirdo Pants: 5000mm waterproof, 'LIghtweight tricot mesh lining'

GO TO REI, get quicksilver pants like me. they are 130$, 10,000 mm and have all the features like vents and pockets and adjustable waist and ghetto zips. and they are mildly insulated

ballsack vents are a big plus, i got side vents in my jacket too, from the elbow to the bottom of the ribs on each side, u can feel the air flowing through its dope

Which quicksilver pants was he talking about with 10000 mm waterproof for 130? I found the Carl Pants for $130 but it doesnt mention the waterproofing and the insulation, if any.

Also what about the burton phantoms and anything else you can think of?
