definatly not american eagle pants... oakley makes really good pants, even their 2 by 4's, which are really light and surprisingly warm, they are wicked waterproof... if you can find some oakley blades on ebay, buy them!!!

GRR Pants....one of my buddies makes them...completely custom. Taped seams, waterproof zippers, belt loops, as many pockets as you want, exact size specs you want (as big and baggy or small and tight as you can take em) and completely gore-tex. which means waterproof to the MAX. Any color you want. Message me for more info.

OKay now i just wear water proof slush pants with layers underneith them, but I want to get a pant that is lined so sometimes i won't need any layers underneithe, I've seen a bunch of pants with lining but it's not very thick, are they still very warm? or what?

 
While I was away I picked up these pair of pants, think the brand is Iguana. I never heard of them before but they look sick and more importantly are super comfy, warm and waterproof. I picked them up in Germany so not sure if they sell in other parts of the world besides Europe.

i picked up some SWAG pants in Breck last year. they went under a couple years ago i guess, so i got them super cheap and they're really nice.
